Kai Pautsch EDV saves the data on its servers in the European Union. One station is free only for non-commercial usage. You are responsible for your password security and the access to your account including the writekey of every station. Multiple accounts per user are not allowed, if we detect multiple accounts, we delete both. If we detect hacking or too much traffic we are able to disable or delete your account. To detect hacking and DDoS we save the IP-Address of the Sender of data for 6 hours, after that the data is deleted automatically, we don't give that information to third parties. Until your account is deleted we store your password (encrypted), Username, and Email. We point out that any data connection in the internet can include security leaks, we do our best but we can not guarantee that the data is always protected of the access of third parties. We are able to change the AGB at any time, if you don't accept the new version you have to stop using the service and delete your account. You give us the right to analyse and view the values which are stored on the server. Every night we do a backup but there is no guarantee that all the data persist. There is no guarantee of the data correctness. We are able to delete data which is older than 28 days without any announcement. One Station stores only 3 values per hour, if you try to add a fourth one, the latest one of this hour will be deleted and then the one you push will be added. We are able to disable the service for you or all users at any time without any announcement. There is no guarantee of availability of the service. If you pay for the service and the service is canceled you will get the money for the rest of the time back.
